Williamsburg is the stretch of north Brooklyn along the East River, with the Manhattan skyline on the other side of the water. People come for the park, the restaurants, and the mix of housing: new waterfront towers, smaller boutique condos, and older lofts over the avenues. Bedford Avenue is the busy spine. The side streets are quieter. Domino Park runs the river edge, and the Williamsburg Bridge is the landmark you use to place yourself.
I work here as a real estate agent, not as the sales office for any one building. The useful question is which building fits the way you live. A waterfront condo and a loft three blocks inland can be the same price on paper and feel nothing alike. Monthly charges, ceiling height, light, and noise from the bridge, the park, or a bar downstairs are the things I walk through before anyone falls in love with a photo.
One Williamsburg Wharf is at 480 Kent Avenue, on that waterfront. Phase two is coming soon. I am not on the sales team. If you want to be first to hear, reach out. The public listing rows on that page come from the REBNY feed. They are not a statement that I represent the sales office.
A search usually starts with a budget you can actually close on, then a short list. I pull comps from closed sales and from what is competing right now. I do not price a home off a portal estimate. New development and resale do not close the same way in New York. Transfer taxes, attorney fees, and any concessions change the check you bring. If you are selling, those same comps set the price before we talk about photography. I shoot the homes I list.
Getting across the river is part of the decision. The L train, the ferry, and a car to Manhattan are different commutes, and they matter more than the neighborhood nickname. Tell me where you need to be on a Tuesday morning. I will say whether Williamsburg is the right answer or whether you should be looking in Greenpoint, in the Financial District, or farther up Manhattan.
If Williamsburg is one of two cities, I am also licensed in Florida. Miami and Tampa are on the Florida page. The Manhattan neighborhoods I write about are the Financial District, SoHo, Tribeca, the West Village, and the Upper East Side. Start with the Manhattan page if you want to live in the skyline, not only look at it. The New York guide links all of those neighborhoods next to the live REBNY search.

New York search is limited to REBNY. Prices and status in the grid are asking data from that feed, not a contract or a recorded sale. If the grid stays empty, REBNY did not return listings.
